			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have a clever algorithm that inspects the time your account will have been shown as active.  It also looks at each assignment and will only issue a certificate if you have achieved an overall score of 70%.</p>
<p>Most of the exams give you two attempts, so you can always go back and get your passing score.</p>
